This whole pecan pie is made with artisan flour mix of sorghum flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour and arrowroot flour.  The pecan filling is made with dates & maple syrup & carefully sourced Georgia grown pecans and the pecan halves on top are from a Missouri farm.
