This pie crust is an organic coconut flour based crust that is Paleo-Friendly as well as gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan. This crust uses only coconut palm sugar as the sweetener. The pecan filling is made with dates & maple syrup & carefully sourced Georgia grown pecans and the pecan halves on top are from a Missouri farm.
