This is a traditional flatbread from France. This bread from Provence is somewhat like foccacia but has more crusty exterior. It is ideal for an appetizer, tapas, or to accompany a meal. Flavored with organic thyme and organic oregano + Maldon Sea Salt brushed on before baking.
