Chocolate Dot Cake with Vanilla Frosting (Single Cake Market Only)

A mini-chocolate cake with vanilla frosting.  The vanilla frosting is coated with a layer of dye- free nonpareils (the nonpareils do contain cornstarch otherwise there is no corn in this product).
